 It is possible but also extremely improbable to be attacked by bears. Yellowstone National Park in the U.S. show that you are more likely to die from drowning than to be killed by bears. However, if you are still afraid to be attacked by bears, there are few ways to reduce the chances of being attacked. Traveling in group is one way. Also, you should stay calm if you run into bear because it is more likely to be attacked by bear when you try to run away.
